We aim to present accurate information, photographs, prices and availability. Product appearance may vary slightly between displays. The Relief Belt is a wellness product; use it according to its supplied instructions. Website information does not replace professional medical advice. Do not use the product contrary to its safety warnings.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, subject to confirmation and availability. We may contact you if there is a genuine stock or pricing issue and will handle any refund required by law. Payment methods, final price, shipping and applicable taxes are shown in checkout.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship to supported checkout destinations. Estimated delivery times and any charges are set out in our Shipping Information. We will comply with applicable delivery and consumer-protection obligations.

5. Returns, refunds and warranties

Our voluntary 30-day return offer and instructions appear in Returns & Refunds. Our Lifetime Warranty is an additional commercial warranty and does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
