Returns & Refunds
30-day returns
Allevora offers a 30-calendar-day return window after delivery for eligible orders. This additional return offer does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
Requesting a return
- Contact support@shopallevora.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
- If an item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, include photos of the item and packaging if reasonably possible. Images help us investigate but do not replace statutory rights.
- We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Do not ship a return before receiving these instructions.
- If you are asked to return the product, package it securely, including accessories, and retain proof of shipping.
Before your parcel arrives
You may contact us to request cancellation or withdrawal before delivery. We will check whether the shipment can be stopped. If it cannot, we will explain the next steps. You do not have to wait for delivery to notify us of a statutory withdrawal where applicable law permits it.
Change-of-mind return shipping
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, you may be responsible for the direct cost of return postage, where permitted by law and disclosed as required. The exact carrier charge depends on your location and chosen service. We do not impose an unspecified extra return or restocking fee. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, we will provide the legal remedy and cover necessary costs where the law requires.
Condition of returned items
For our voluntary return offer, return the item in good condition with its included parts and accessories. You may inspect goods reasonably. Any deduction relating to handling beyond what is necessary applies only where lawful.
Refunds
We issue refunds owed to the original payment method within the applicable legal deadline, after receiving the goods or acceptable proof of return where permitted. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post a refund. Where required, eligible original standard delivery charges will also be refunded.
European and UK consumer rights
Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK may have a statutory withdrawal period, generally 14 days after receiving goods, plus mandatory rights concerning defective goods. These rights remain in force regardless of our 30-day offer. Additional exceptions may apply by law.
Warranty claims
A return for a manufacturing defect is different from a change-of-mind return. See our Lifetime Warranty.
