Allevora lifetime warranty
Our Relief Belt includes a voluntary lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during the product's usable lifetime under normal, intended use. This is a defect warranty, not a lifetime right to return an unwanted product.
What is covered
Defects arising from manufacture in the belt or its supplied components during ordinary use in accordance with the product instructions. For an eligible claim, we will assess the issue and offer a suitable remedy, which may include repair, replacement or another remedy required by applicable law.
How to claim
- Email support@shopallevora.com with your order number or proof of purchase.
- Describe the problem and send clear photos or a short video where practical.
- Follow the support team's assessment and return instructions; do not mail the device without authorization.
What's excluded from this additional warranty
Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized alterations, neglect, use contrary to the supplied manual, and ordinary cosmetic wear are not manufacturing defects. These exclusions do not affect your mandatory legal rights.
Shipping and your legal rights
We will explain any return process first. For faulty goods, necessary remedies and shipping are provided without charge where required by consumer law. This commercial warranty is in addition to, and never replaces, the statutory legal guarantee or other consumer rights.
