Paying for your Allevora order

Allevora uses Shopify checkout to handle purchases. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may differ by location, currency, provider eligibility and device.

Available methods

Select any payment card, wallet or other option offered in your checkout. An option is available only if it appears when placing your order; we do not guarantee a particular provider in every country.

Currency and final amount

Your order total, shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment. Display currencies may vary by market; your bank or card issuer may charge currency-conversion fees.

Security

Payment information is handled by Shopify and relevant payment providers. We will never ask you to send your full card details by email or social media message.

Payment problems and refunds

If payment is declined, check your details or contact your bank or payment provider. For refunds, see Returns & Refunds; approved refunds generally go back to the original payment method.
